Our Mission

If there be a messenger with him, an interpreter, one among a thousand, to shew unto man his uprightness: Then he is gracious unto him, and saith, Deliver him from going down to the pit: I have found a ransom Job 33:23-2

City of Faith is a divine ministry for interpreting the Word of truth to reconnect man to his original purpose of dominion as it was in the Garden of Eden. City of Faith is divinely sent forth to unseat the present reign of negative words in the world by teaching, preaching, and interpreting the message of truth through the language of faith.

Who We Are

By going back to the language of faith, man takes back his dominion over all circumstances as Adam did at the beginning. Genesis 2:19 states that “Whatsoever Adam called every living creature that was the name thereof.”

City of Faith is divinely ordained by God as a place of restoration and rescue—a sanctuary where the poor, the sick, the afflicted, the oppressed, and the broken-hearted find deliverance and healing. Here, captives are set free, hope is renewed, and lives are transformed through the life-giving teaching of the Word of Faith. It is a city where peace, rest, and joy flow from the presence of God.

As received by the General Overseer (G.O.), Pastor E.A. Adeboye, and communicated to the Headquarters leaders, our vision and mission statement shall remain intact, with a qualifying addendum in view of the peculiarity of the demography in the North American region. They are as follows:

  • To make heaven
  • To take as many people with us
  • To have a member of RCCG in every family of all nations
  • To accomplish #1 above, holiness will be our lifestyle.
  • To accomplish #2 and #3 above, we will plant churches within five minutes walking distance in every city and town of developing countries and within five minutes driving distance in every city and town of developed countries.

For planting new parishes in North America & Caribbean countries, the location to any existing parish must be at least 10 minutes driving distance.
