The ushering and protocol ministry welcomes guests, church members and they co-ordinate and direct people during church services, church special ministrations and direct people to their respective seats. They assist to ensure that everyone in the service are comfortable and their needs met. The protocol department takes care of the transportation and accommodation of guests and provide information needed during services. Protocol also act as door keepers for the church entrances, pastor’s office.
